You may return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days from delivery date subject to the following conditions:
1. The ladder is still new and has not been used and it is still in its original packaging
2. The ladder is still working properly.

Items returned to us because you choose the incorrect size or ladder type will attract a 15% restocking fee and you need to arrange the ladder to be transported back to the appointed warehouse. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance when arranging a return shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item in good condition. Credit will only be issued when stock is received in the nominated warehouse in 100% saleable condition, with packaging fully intact.

Custom design ladders which are specifically manufactured to the Buyer's specifications are not returnable, unless they are faulty or defective.

Please note that for Little Giant ladders, return policy only covers ladders' defect. Little Giant ladders can not be exchange or return for incorrect size or type.
