Ozladders can deliver your order to anywhere in Australia including construction and mine sites.

You can calculate the freight rates in the shopping cart in these simple steps:
1. Choose the ladder, size and quantity required and add it to the shopping cart.
2. Enter the delivery postcode then choose the suburb.
3. The freight calculator will display the freight cost to your location.

Transit times

We usually dispatch your order within two (2) working days after we have received your full payment. The transit and dispatch time for Branach, BJ Turner and Stockmaster ladder may take longer as some of the ladders are custom made. Please allow an extra 6-12 working days to dispatch for Branach, Stockmaster and BJ Turner ladders.

The transit time after your order has been dispatched varies depending on your location. Delivery to Metropolitan area in the Eastern seaboard usually takes between 2 and 3 working days, while delivery to country areas may take longer than that. Please see the tables below to view the estimated transit time.

Please note that the transit times in the table above are guide only. We are using third party providers to transport our goods to our customers and we can not control the transit times.

Pick Up Points

Customers can also pick up their orders from the following depots below. Please note that we don't take payments in these depots. Payment for an order must be finalised before coming for pick up.

1. Indalex brand ladders: Leumeah NSW and Dandenong South VIC
Pick up time is Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4pm.
This depot is Indalex ladder supplier's warehouse.

2. Gorilla brand ladders: Minto NSW, Keysborough VIC, Geebung QLD, Dry Creek SA and Canning Vale WA
General pick up time is Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (pick up time slightly vary, depending on location)
These depots are Gorilla ladder supplier's warehouse.

3. Bailey brand ladders: Derrimut VIC, Richlands QLD, and Forrestfield WA
General pick up time is Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30 pm (pick up time slightly vary, depending on location)
These depots are Bailey ladder supplier's warehouse.


Stock status on website does not guarantee its availability in every warehouse location. It is recommended to contact us before placing an order for pick up.
Shipping fee is only for delivery within the same state of warehouse locations. For interstate delivery cost, please email us for a quote.
