1. ORDER, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY


Do you accept cheques?

We prefer to accept payments by credit card, Paypal or direct deposit to our bank account.


Do you keep credit card information in your website?

No, once you finish make your payment, the credit card information is automatically passed to the bank and we don't keep them in our website.

Is your website secure?

We use 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect the information transmitted between your browser and our web server. You also can see the seal stamp at the bottom of the front page.


I still don't feel comfortable placing the order online. Is there other way to place my order?

You can call us to place your order and we will process your payment over the phone.

You can also email your order to sales@ozladders.com.au and we will email you the invoice with our bank details for payment. If you want to pay the invoice by credit card, please call us and we will process it over the phone.


How quick is the delivery?

We usually dispatch your order within 2 working days after we receive your payment in full. The estimated transit time can be seen in the Delivery Information section in this website.


I have received the tracking number but there is no information about my order when I enter my tracking number to the transport company's website.

Some transport companies require at least 24 hours after the order is dispatched before the data is available. If you still can't track your consignment after 24 hours, please contact us.


Can I pick up my order?

Pick up is available from our suppliers' warehouses below

1. LEUMEAH NSW and ROWVILLE VIC for INDALEX ladders. Pick up time is from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 4PM.
2. LIDCOMBE NSW and EAGLE FARM QLD for CLIMBMAX ladders. Pick up time is from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 4PM.
3. MINTO NSW, MENTONE VIC, BRENDALE QLD, DRY CREEK SA and WELSHPOOL WA for GORILLA ladders. Pick up time varies depending on warehouse location.
4. MARSDEN PARK NSW, DANDENONG SOUTH VIC, REDBANK QLD and KEWDALE WA for BAILEY ladders. Pick up time varies depending on warehouse location.


Can we pay on pick up?

All orders must be paid in advance before pick up because there is no payment processing facility provided at our suppliers' warehouses.

Are the ladders sold on this website safe?

We sell only ladders that comply with the Australian Standards. Currently, we sell Bailey, Indalex, Gorilla, Climbmax, Branach, BJ Turner, Allweld, Waku, Stockmaster, Little Giant, Steprite and Altech ladders. These brands are well known for its high quality and durability for commercial use.


What is the warranty for the ladder I bought from your website?

All ladders sold on our website are covered by the ladder manufacturers' warranty. All warranty claim will be forwarded to the ladder manufacturers.


I can't find the ladder brand I want in your online store.

Please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to find it.


Do the INDALEX platform ladders come with wheels?

The INDALEX platform ladders have wheel mounting brackets fitted. You need to buy the INDALEX wheel kit separately.


Can I fit the wheels to the INDALEX platform ladder I just bought myself?

Yes you can. The wheel kits comes with the fitting instruction and tools to enable you to fit the wheels easily to the ladder.

 

3. WARRANTY


What is the warranty of the ladders sold on your website?

All ladders sold on our website are covered with the manufacturers' warranty.

BAILEY, CLIMBMAX and GORILLA ladders are covered with 12-month warranty.

INDALEX ladders are covered with the following warranties:
Indalex Pro Series Aluminium - LIFE TIME
Indalex Pro Series Fibreglass - 5 years
Indalex Tradesman Aluminium & Fibreglass - 3 years
Indalex Domestic Ladders - 12 months

 

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers faulty materials and workmanships. The manufacturers have the rights to decide whether to repair the faulty ladder or replace it with a new one. The warranty does not cover normal tear and wear.


4. HOW DO I CONTACT OZ LADDERS?


Oz Ladders is an online-only ladder shop. We do not have costly call centres and shop front to pay for, which helps to keep our prices low. If you need to update your order or get a quote, please send an email to sales@ozladders.com.au. For urgent enquiry, please call 1300 911 700 and leave a message if the line is busy or unattended. We will call you back as soon as we can.
